Here we go again! Flower season. I'm sure I said this about eight times last summer, but I am such a fan of ranunculus (ranunculi? Ranunculae?) LOVE them.
Wishing you much joy from this spring season. I hear record highs have hit the East Coast. Enjoy!!
Dear Gigi, What a splendid pink Ranunculus and what a kind and thoughtful gift for this Easter time. I think that the contrast of the pink on the splendid blue suitcase [could it be a hat box?] is perfection itself [and such an imaginative way of picturing the flowers].
Thank you so much for leaving a comment on my recent posting to which I have replied.
Ohhh they are beautiful! Have just ordered some bulbs for next spring, along with some really glorious tulips (hope they grow!!!) I did want the pink you have here, hot pink and baby pink mix but we only do the hot pink!!!! Hope your Easter was wonderful
What happy pics! Love the suitcase with flowers lounging on top. I love ranunculas too. Your husband did a good job on the flowers! Hope you're having a lovely Sunday!
Hope you had a lovely Easter. After years of loving and designing with I finally learned how to spell ranunculus! Big day for me. As my girlfriend says 'all the rest are U's".
With visitors the last few weeks I have fallen behind on my visiting of other blogs, I so love your alphabet posts and can't wait to scroll slowly down. Very cool idea and from the get go great photos!! Am especially so far liking the Q. Hope your enjoying the weekend! -Juniper
Ah Gigi - tomorrow I resume my rounds in the Blog realm. I have been sadly remiss in my visits and feel a bit wilted because of it. Your husband is a true Beau! I think I love Ranunculus (Ranoncules in French), almost as much as peonies... Happy Easter to you too- and watch out for those sneaky bunnies ;-)
I love that flower. It has so many tight petals. Just beautiful. Joy and peace to you, too.
