Organic Inspiration: Angela Adams

Angela Adams is a Portland, Maine, designer whose work I love.  She dreams up everything from custom made rugs to furniture to delicious tiles and glassware.  Her colors are vibrant and her shapes and themes are drawn from nature.
Her Portland showroom is in the heart of the very hip east side neighborhood on Munjoy Hill.  You can also find her tiles at Old Port Specialty Tile just a couple of blocks away on Middle Street.

  3. I love her - especially her bags, which are the best as far as size and durability. And look at the rug, like the forest floor...

  17. i would definitely toss the slippers if i had one of these rugs in our home ... can you imagine digging your toes into the different patterns ... and that's all i would do ... place it so the sun would shine in and then i would spend time lazing in the sun, tracing the patterns and getting lost ... i think i just became a little girl again!
this woman is very talented ... her tile works are remarkably diverse!
    thank you dear gigi ~
